Returns & Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with our product, Dermaclara will grant you a refund for unused products. It is your responsibility to contact Dermaclara at support@dermaclara.com and arrange a return and ship the product back to Dermaclara at your own expense. There are no refunds for products shipped according to a subscription but you may exchange them for another product, with a maximum of one exchange for every three months.
