Bad, even though following the steps to clean it, after a week it was falling down…. No much improvement in my fine lines, but the most annoying is the customer service. I wanted to change my delivery address, 3 seconds after I purchased… they ignored my email, and posted the day after my purchase, didn’t take any responsibility for posting to the wrong address, they gave me a phone number of the delivery company. Horrendous company, never called me back plus after sending several emails to stop the delivery and return back to origin. In the mean time, I thought I was going to get my money back…, I decided to purchase again to my right address, I bought the 4th of October and still waiting for this to arrive…. Not buying again

Product only lasted for 4-5 times after use and wash. It lost its stick quicker than I anticipated, definitely not the 10 times. The subscription is frustrating because you are required to purchase 3 shipments. I didn't like the product and it wasn't until after the 2nd shipment I realized I could exchange my product. The cleanser is nice and silky, but you don't need more than 1 bottle for a long while as it goes a long way.
